Can we meet in person to discuss my requirements?

If you are in the BCP (Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole) area then absolutely! I love meeting new people and I think you can tell so much more about someone when you meet face to face. Unfortunately, if you are outside of the area, then we will have to meet on Zoom (the next best thing to face to face).

How can I keep an eye on the time used?

I track all my hours on Toggl, a time tracking platform. This means I log on when I start a task and click 'stop' when I finish it. Tracking in real time. Reports are available if required.

What do I do if I am not happy with your work?

I am all about open and honest communication.  If you ever feel dissatisfied with my work, then it is important that you tell me as soon as you start to feel that way. I pride myself on adaptability and always want you to be happy with the service you receive. I am confident that once I know the cause of your unease then I can correct my mistake. If we can not find a way to work together, then I am happy to refer you to one of my VA 'colleagues' and only charge for the hours completed.

When do you invoice?

I invoice at the end of the project or month end, whichever comes sooner and my payment terms are 14 days. A Toggl report of my time is issued with all invoices.
If you are on a 'subscription', unused hours are not rolled over to the next month.  Additional hours are charged at £30/hour.

I need more time than originally agreed, is this possible?

If we have agreed a 'package' of a set number of hours, it is possible to add more hours, subject to availability.  Additional hours are charged at £30/hour.

My needs have changed, can I cancel our agreement?

If your needs change, please let me know as soon as possible. 7 days notice is preferred to cancel a 'subscription' agreement or to reduce hours.

Do you work with a Confidentiality Agreement?

Absolutely! Anything you tell me or any financial information is kept absolutely between us. I take your trust in me very seriously and will always offer a Non-Disclosure Agreement to help you sleep easier at night.

What is your privacy policy?

I do not collect or store information about you other than for processing purposes (ie invoicing). 
I do not use cookies on my website and any interaction with me or my pages on social media are subject to that platforms specific terms and conditions and privacy policy.
I will never sell your contact details on to a third party and I maintain high quality anti-virus software on all my devices.
